Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and address employee skill gaps.
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees at various levels, both in-person and virtually.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs and create tailored solutions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting programs as necessary.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to employees, helping them achieve their professional development goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify skills and knowledge gaps across teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training programs.
  • Maintain training records and ensure that training materials and resources are current and accessible.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and growth.
  • Lead Train-the-Trainer programs, equipping internal trainers with the necessary skills to deliver training within their teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
