Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems across the organization.
- Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot any IT-related issues in a timely manner.
- Manage network security, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and data encryption tools.
- Perform regular system backups and data recovery as needed.
- Ensure software and systems are up to date with the latest patches and security updates.
- Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and manage procurement of new technology as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in IT support or network administration.
