Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Identify and research potential donors, sponsors, and partners to expand funding opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Plan and organize fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to raise awareness and funds for OLSIA’s mission.
- Prepare and submit grant applications, proposals, and reports to funding bodies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and track fundraising progress, providing regular reports on financial targets and outcomes.
- Engage with donors and supporters through various communication channels, ensuring their continued support and engagement.
- Manage donor records and maintain a database of contributions and interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.
