Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and address employee skill gaps.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees at various levels, both in-person and virtually.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs and create tailored solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting programs as necessary.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to employees, helping them achieve their professional development goals.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify skills and knowledge gaps across teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain training records and ensure that training materials and resources are current and accessible.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and growth.
- Lead Train-the-Trainer programs, equipping internal trainers with the necessary skills to deliver training within their teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
