Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Manage employee benefits programs and compensation structures.
- Support leadership in strategic decision-making related to talent acquisition and organizational growth.
- Foster a positive work culture and address employee concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices in HR management.
- Monitor and evaluate HR metrics, providing insights to improve employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
